# Importação

### Relatório de Importação em Lote

Inicialmente, acesse a home de administrador e clique em **'Outros recursos'**

Em seguida, selecione a opção **'importação'**

### Relatório - Importação em lote

Na aba de relatórios de importação  é possível ter controle de tudo que foi importado na sua plataforma.&#x20;

Você consegue ter visibilidade do título da importação, de quantos registros foram importados, quem foi o responsável por executar a importação, a data de inicio e de finalização e o status importação.&#x20;

Clicando em **'detalhes'**, você terá acesso a informações ainda mais completas da importação que foi realizada.

A aba de detalhes contém as seguintes especificações:&#x20;

* Registros
* Tipo
* Realizada por
* Arquivo utilizado
* Senha (tipo de senha estabelecida)
* Grupo de acesso&#x20;
* Área de membros
* Produtos&#x20;
* Planos&#x20;

Clicando nos três pontinhos, na aba de relatórios de importação, você pode ter acesso aos logs da importação e também baixar o relatório em arquivo excel.

### Relatório - Logs da Importação&#x20;

Nesta aba você terá acesso a informações mais aprofundadas da importação em lote, como: código da importação, nome da importação, o evento (o processamento do arquivo e quantidade de linhas), data do processamento e a situação (status que se encontra a importação).

Você também pode exportar o seu relatório de logs de importação. Basta clicar em 'exportar" e o arquivo já irá fazer download no seu computador.
