## O que é o Octadesk**?**

**Octadesk** é uma plataforma de atendimento ao cliente que centraliza e automatiza interações de diferentes canais como e-mail, chat e redes sociais. Oferece funcionalidades como gestão de tickets, chatbots e análise de desempenho, melhorando a eficiência e a satisfação dos clientes. 

## Como integrar

Primeiro vamos à plataforma da '**Octadesk'** e pegaremos o **'código do Subdomínio'**, podemos fazer isso clicando no nosso perfil que irá aparecer, copie esse código e configuraremos na plataforma do <mark style="color:blue;">**Curseduca**</mark>.

Prontinho, agora que você pegou o **'código do Subdomínio'**, nós configuraremos ele no Curseduca.

## Curseduca - Integração

Na Home da plataforma do Curseduca, vá para a aba de configurações:

Agora vá em '**configurar integrações'**, conforme mostra a imagem:

Agora selecione o '**Octadesk'**
